The MENA CPI conducted a series of assessments on the status of children and concerned institutions in twelve Arab cities in the course of last year, with the aim to assess the status of children in those cities and to identify the concerned organizations providing them with protection and other services.

The editing of those studies is underway in order to publish them, disseminate their findings, and derive useful lessons and best practices from them. In this respect, the revision of the assessment conducted in Riyadh city has already been undertaken and represents a milestone in the publications issued by the MENA Child Protection Initiative.
